My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate in our cozy Flatbush apartment. Available February 1, possibly sooner. Rent is $910 + utilities/wifi ($50-$75/person). The apartment is a three-bedroom apartment on the second floor of a two-story townhouse. We are looking for someone preferably late 20s or 30s who is responsible, communicative. Must be clean, quiet and respectful. No pets. No smoking please.

We share common spaces; living room, dining room, and kitchen are all furnished, and a decent size with tall ceilings. Each room has a HVAC unit installed, in addition to steam radiator heat. Your room is unfurnished with a ceiling fan and decent-sized closet. The room, as setup in the photos, shows a futon that my roommate pulled down to sleep on.

We’re in between the Q and 2/5 trains. The Q at Cortelyou is a 10-12 minute walk. The 2/5 at Beverly is a 6-8 minute walk. Flatbush is close to Brooklyn College and Cortelyou Road in Ditmas Park, with a lovely selection of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. Prospect Park is a ~20 minute walk away.

My name is Christina and I use she/her pronouns. I’m a theatrical stage manager, and have lived in Brooklyn for 7 years. I have at least a dozen houseplants and love to get outdoors as much as possible. I cook most meals at home, and keep the apartment clean and tidy, and prefer roommates who are willing to partner in keeping the apartment clean and well-maintained.

My roommate, Christine (she/her) is an actor and filmmaker with a day job in PR. She's been in Brooklyn for 14 years, and is a kind, thoughtful roommate -- we hope to find a third roommate who matches our vibe!
