I live in Woodstock and have lived here for 3 years now. I initially was renting my extra room as a vacation rental but now would like a more permanent roommate situation for a 6 month to 1 year lease.
I am a Registered Nurse, I work at Northern Duchess and have my own private clients I do home visits for. I am looking for an individual who is on a similar schedule preferably someone also in the health industry or someone who lives a healthy lifestyle. I have a small purebred Dachshund who is friendly and loves other dogs. I am open to other small dogs but no cats please I am allergic.

Fully furnished for air bnb purposes-has a king bed and large closet space. It connects to the backyard patio and is the primary bedroom also connecting to the bathroom.

I can tell you more about my schedule when we meet in person. But people typically describe me as laid-back, yoga and animal loving individual. I like to live a clean and healthy lifestyle. I like to wake up early and workout and occasionally will go out on weekends. I lean more towards being neat however I do not get bent out of shape if the house or the kitchen is messy for a day or two. Having a dog, even a small one has made me be OK with always being a neat freak. I don't really cook for myself unless I'm craving something specific but would be open to cooking more if splitting meals and groceries with a roommate since I do enjoy home cooked meals more so then eating out.
