Hi. I recently secured a long-term rental which begins August 1st. I am looking for a place to stay until I can take possession of my new home. I am splitting my time between Philly and NY between now and then, and plan to live at this residence part-time.

I would like to find a place somewhere in Northwest Philly, and will consider other neighborhoods. A room in a house with other artists, musicians or creative people would be nice, but most importantly, I'd like to live with others who communicate well and have experience creating a harmonious living environment. A space to myself would also work.

Professionally, I lead product development for a media & entertainment startup I launched with partners earlier this year. We have a video production studio in Germantown and when I'm in Philly, I work a hybrid onsite/remote schedule.

Creatively, I'm a performing bass player – my passion, not my livelihood. I play my instruments quietly at home to practice, and do so respectfully of others.

Socially, I love to see live music and go to lots of shows! I try to spend as much quality time as possible with friends and family, and also cherish time to myself. I haven't turned on a TV in almost a year, it's not content I have any desire to consume.

Personally, I am kind and friendly, emotionally intelligent and strive to live authentically. I appreciate these qualities in others. I keep my home clean and will respect your space as if it were my own.
