Subletting a huge, furnished 1 bed apt in Clinton Hill as I'll be out of town visiting family.

- Rental price: $500 per week or $1000 for the entire stay (available 18 days total)
- Transportation: G and C trains within 8 min walk each
- Space: huge couch (seats +6 comfortably) and 6 person dining table are great for hosting, bedroom is separated from living space by a small hallway which helps with sound if multiple people are in the apt
- Updated Kitchen: Separate kitchen area and new appliances / recent kitchen remodel
- Brooklyn Charm: Apt has beautiful original moldings and hardwood floors throughout. Great neighborhood in terms of walkability and nearby food options. Happy to share my recs!
- Other features: Apt is 3rd floor but there is an elevator; If you do have a car, street parking is easy to find

Note: I do have a cat and I'm looking for someone ideally open to taking care of him during their stay. He's sweet and loves people - very easy to look after and a pleasure to live with :)

I've lived in NYC for 8 years and currently live in my apartment with my partner, as a renter. While I'll be out of town, I have friends nearby who can help you out if you encounter any issues. The super also lives in the building which is incredibly convenient for quick maintenance asks.
