I'm hoping to house swap for a place in Brooklyn from October 19-Nov 1st. I'll be working in Industry City.

I have a sunny live/work loft in Lincoln Heights. It’s a bright, open space filled with plants, art, and personality. The loft has high ceilings, great natural light, and a flexible layout that’s perfect for both relaxing and creating. I’ve styled it with a mix of vintage finds and modern pieces, so it feels warm and lived-in without being cluttered.

The neighborhood has an easy, urban, creative energy. It’s a mix of residential and industrial buildings, which gives it a unique, evolving character. There’s easy freeway access to the 5 and 110, and the area is close to the LA River, a quick drive to Highland Park, DTLA, Silver Lake, and Pasadena, and full of hidden gems for coffee, tacos, and inspiration.

Parking space included if needed. Washer/dryer in building.

This is a space that’s been lived in, loved, and thoughtfully put together. It’s ideal for someone who appreciates character and good light.
