My husband and I are looking for someone to sublet the front room in our apartment. The apartment is in the Franklin Hills neighborhood between Los Feliz and Silverlake. The entire apartment is roughly 1500 sq ft and has some really beautiful 1930's elements. Some of the best features are the washer and dryer in the apartment, central AC/Heating, parking for everyone in the back, a large kitchen with a breakfast nook and a large sunroom that spans the back of the apartment.

The room we want to sublet is large (13x13 feet), unfurnished, and has a beautiful private ensuite bathroom and a built-in closet. It's separated from our bedroom by the office and also located near the main entrance (we mostly use the back entrance closer to our room) so your room feels very private.

The apartment is full of natural light, has a great layout with plenty of shared space, and a fully equipped kitchen.
It's in a great location close to Hillhurst and Hyperon with lots of cafés and restaurants and in a nice walkable neighborhood. It's also fairly close to Griffith Park.

We both work from home and keep the apartment really tidy. We split the cost of a cleaner that comes once a month.

We’re a gay couple (mid-30s & early 40s), both friendly, respectful, and easygoing. We love a relaxed, comfortable home environment and are looking for someone who values the same.

We both have creative jobs and work mostly from home although we are out of the house often. We cook a lot at home and occasionally have friends over for dinner.

We moved in here two years ago after living in Europe for the past 10 years and have loved settling in Los Angeles more permanently.
