Hi! I'm coming to Paris around Aug 20-29 (dates somewhat flexible) and looking to swap homes with someone coming to LA.

My two-bedroom house is a Craftsman-style bungalow in Echo Park just one block from Sunset Blvd, so very walkable and perfect for visitors without cars. It's 5-10 mins drive to Downtown LA (The Broad, MOCA, Walt Disney Concert Hall) and 5-15 mins to Silver Lake, Los Feliz, Highland Park and hikes in Griffith Park. The house is fully furnished with hardwood floors and has a cute porch with table/chairs, central AC and in-unit laundry.

I use the second bedroom as a studio space but can clear the desk for it to be used also as an office/workspace. There is a lofted bed in the second bedroom with full-size mattress. My bedroom has a queen size bed.

Primarily looking for an LA/Paris swap, but open to subletting it for $800/week.
