I am moving out of my adorably furnished and decorated living space, but want to continue to use it as a workspace during the week. For that I need a co-tenant to share the rent. Ideally seeking someone who only needs part time use of the space as a crash pad, for when they're staying and working in Los Angeles. I have done this before and it works best as a time share situation (vs two people using the space at once). Open to creating the arrangement together, but not interested in having someone take over the space entirely. You will have plenty of storage for clothes and food, but it will remain furnished with my stuff. There is a bedroom, dining room (where I work), a kitchen, and a small backyard. Half a block from Blair’s and Broome Street Coffee in Silverlake. And a couple blocks from the Gelson’s/Magpie/Crossroads shopping areas. Street parking available on our block. I will be using the space from approximately 9a-7p daily. Or we could do Monday through Thursday and you get the rest of the week. Weekends I'll be gone. Thanks for reading and considering!
