I’m Tara Rook, a meditation teacher, creative, and founder of Love Land. My work centers around creating welcoming spaces for people to pause, soften, and reconnect with themselves through mindfulness and creative expression. I’m passionate about making meditation feel approachable, human, and integrated into everyday life.
I have over a decade of experience teaching meditation, mindfulness, and movement, with a life-long deep-rooted Buddhist background. I’ve led group meditations, multi-week series, workshops, retreats, and community-based offerings both virtually and in person. My approach weaves together traditional mindfulness practices, creativity, and lived experience, with a focus on cultivating presence, emotional resilience, and collective care.
