We are a new psychotherapy practice, with availability in person in Greenpoint and virtually. We specialize in affirming and culturally-attuned mental health care for the queer, South and East Asian communities of NYC.
We believe that connection is at the center of healing and growth: connection to ourselves, our loved ones, and our broader community. We specialize in emotions-focused, trauma-informed and somatically-attuned therapy.
Vi Giang - "My goal is to empower patients to embrace their strengths and build a greater sense of self-acceptance and self-compassion. I am here to walk alongside them as they explore their feelings, identities, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others. I cultivate a warm and supportive environment to process emotions and life's challenges."
Rachel Tan - "Therapy with me is warm, authentic, and laid-back. It's a space where you can start getting unstuck, cultivate curiosity and compassion, and listen gently to your mind, body, and heart. Together, we'll bring your voice to the forefront of our conversations and explore what feels meaningful to you. We'll help you slow down from life's chaos, deepen your relationship with yourself and others, and live with more clarity and intention."
Rishika Singh - "I am a queer South Asian New Yorker. In founding millow, I aimed to bring the kind of therapy I found to be most deeply healing to my own community, whose unique perspectives and challenges are rarely centered in traditional therapy practice."
I am an LCSW, practicing for 7 years.
I am AEDP Level 2 Certified, and have completed Queer and Trans IFS training.
I have 5 years of training in therapy with LGBTQ clients, folks living with HIV, and gender affirming care through my work at the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy and Callen-Lorde Community Health Center.
