I offer a range of spiritual and healing services, including Reiki energy healing, Psychic Reiki sessions, and Past Life Readings. Each service is offered individually and can be tailored to your specific needs and intentions.

Reiki sessions focus on energetic balance and relaxation. Psychic Reiki sessions combine energy healing with intuitive and psychic insight for deeper clarity and guidance. Past Life Readings are available for those seeking insight into patterns, experiences, or questions rooted beyond this lifetime.

Sessions are available in person at my studio in Sugarloaf, New York, as well as through distance sessions for those unable to attend in person. My work is grounded, compassionate, and held in a safe, respectful space.

About this Lister

I am a Reiki Master Teacher and artist with a lifelong devotion to spiritual practice. I began meditating as a teenager and have maintained a gentle, consistent practice ever since, working closely with my spirit guides along the way.

Originally from New York City, I moved to the Hudson Valley a few years ago to live more fully grounded in nature. My studio sits at the edge of a forest, where I maintain a daily art practice and draw deep inspiration from the land around me.

I have been a practicing Pagan Witch for over 35 years and a lifelong artist. I am also a community herbalist, growing and crafting my own plant medicines with care and intention. All of my work is rooted in respect for the natural world, quiet listening, and the belief that creativity and healing are deeply intertwined.

Background and Expertise

I have been a Reiki practitioner for over eight years, offering sessions for both humans and animals. My approach is intuitive, compassionate, and grounded, shaped by years of hands-on practice and deep listening.

I am a natural psychic medium, born with these abilities, and I have been offering psychic and past life readings for over forty years. In addition to working with clients, I have taught courses in mediumship development and have spent most of my life cultivating a conscious, respectful relationship with my spirit guides and the unseen world.

All of my work is informed by long-term practice, lived experience, and a commitment to integrity, care, and ongoing spiritual growth.
