Spend July in a beautiful 1500sq ft 3-bed duplex with a private roof deck on the 3rd and 4th floors of apartment building in North Park Slope.

Downstairs is an open living/dining/kitchen space overlooking 5th Avenue and bathroom, and spare bed/ TV room / den space that also has a fold out couch.

Upstairs features the primary bedroom w/king bed, a shared bath, an office space, and the second upstairs bedroom with a twin bed.

The duplex is comfortably furnished with some lived in wear and tear, but lovely light and luxury finishes/hardware floors throughout. We also have central a/c and an in-unit washer dryer.

This is our primary home and we are away for the month, so hoping to find someone looking for a great space to spend the month of July and treat our home like it’s theirs!

We are in a fabulous location close to wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, yoga, and more. And Saturdays the street is closed for car traffic which is a special little extra. Very central launching off point to surrounding neighborhoods as well.

We live in a small older building, and consideration for our neighbors is of the utmost importance.
