Very spacious duplex apartment, two bathrooms, two roomy living spaces, laundry in unit and a sizable well maintained back yard. There are six bedrooms total and 4 roommates occupying 4 of those rooms (including you). We are looking to fill bedroom #4. The room fits a queen bed, spacious closet and does not share a wall with a housemate.

The 5th bedroom is used as a gym / storage room and the 6th is a shared office . The occupant will be able to use some communal storage space and utilize the WFH office with desks, chairs and vibes.

The apartment also features a nicely sized kitchen with a large island that we enjoy cooking in often! Both living rooms are furnished and the lower level living room will have a projector, perfect for movies or group gaming etc. The room we have available will be unfurnished but there may be an option to purchase some furniture from our roommate that’s moving out. The lease agreement ends on 6/30/2026 and can be renewed.

The apartment is centrally located for accessing many areas in Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens with nearby access to the J, Z, F, M, G, and L subway lines, bus stops (B48, B60), Citi Bike stations, and awesome options for restaurants, parks, bars, gyms, and more within walking distance!
