We’re moving from our lovely apartment and are looking for someone to sign a new one-year lease. I think it's a gem and hope someone else will love it like we did!

Pros: dishwasher, in-unit washer/dryer, rainfall shower, tons of kitchen storage, huge closets, heat and hot water included, pet-friendly, only two blocks from the park, F/G are great trains to be next to!
Cons: 4th-floor walk-up, long hallway - not much else that I can think of! We're only moving to get a better commute to the UES.

* Rent: $4,100 (+$35 for pet) until 2/24/26; $4,200 for a new one-year lease.
* Location: 14th St & 7th Ave in Park Slope
* Move-in: late December–early January (we're moving out on 12/20 and have some flexibility on when the new lease could start)
* Standard rental requirements (40x rent, etc.)

It’s technically two-bedroom, though the second bedroom is smaller and doesn’t have a closet - we currently have an IKEA wardrobe in there that we’d be happy to leave! The biggest room can comfortably fit a king and a desk, and the smaller room can fit a queen and a wardrobe. The space works great as a one-bedroom + office, one bed + kid’s room, or a true two bed if one person is ok with a small room.

The building is quiet and well-kept, maintenance is always quick to respond, and it’s super convenient, just two blocks to Prospect and ashort walk to Nitehawk, Cuppa Hive, YMCA and 7th ave F/G.

We’ve included photos from when we moved in and more recent ones. We painted one wall throughout the apartment and added some shelves, and are happy to leave it as-is or revert to white walls if you prefer. We have an odd layout right now to prepare for Thanksgiving (using the living room as a dining room and the bedroom as a living room), but happy to share a video and arrange an in-person tour! We’d love for someone who’ll enjoy the space as much as we have.

Rental requirements

Landlord will have to approve any applications, but it's a pretty standard 40x rent, last few paychecks, etc. Because it's a lease takeover, our security deposit will apply toward your lease, and we can work out a fair repayment between us.
