Parking available. 10 walk to prospect park and 3 minutes from Greenwood Cemetery one of the most historic and beautiful places in Brooklyn. Lots of cafes and restaurants closeby. No smoking. I'm open to a minimum of a three week sublet for $3000 if needed.

$3000 security plus one months rent before moving in. Reference needed. Looking for someone or a couple that are quiet and reliable. No parties or guests coming and going. No smoking in the apt or deck. There's a tenant in the apt above. I'm open to a minimum of a three week sublet for $3000 May if needed.
Pets Policy
It's a private house. I prefer no pets, particularly if they shed or scratch or are very active. Lots of breakables. Happy to discuss in certain situations.
