• Security Deposit: Request a refundable security deposit (e.g., $300-$500) to cover any minor damages or issues, returnable after the sublet if the apartment is left in good condition.
• Proof of Identity: Ask for a copy of a government-issued ID to verify the tenant’s identity.
• No Smoking Policy: Reinforce the “no smoking” rule to maintain the all-electric, eco-friendly building’s standards.
• No pets unless otherwise discussed
• Utility and Wi-Fi Responsibility: Confirm utilities and high-speed Wi-Fi are included, noting any potential extra charges for excessive use.
