My wife and I have loved living in this apartment for the last 5 years. We are leaving another state or we'd be staying here! You'll be renting from the halcyon group who runs the building.
We'll be showing the space with all our furniture but of course it will all be moved out before you move in. Also worth noting that the apartment will clean & refurbish the place for 2 weeks before you move in.

Also note that the in-unit pictures are of a staged unit, not ours! But it's a basically identical layout.

Rental requirements

$13 application fee per applicant, ID, and application. Additionally, the building requires income documentation to prove your income equals or exceeds 40 times your monthly rent. This includes an employer letter, four consecutive pay stubs, two bank statements, and a CPA letter (if applicable).

Pets Policy

Our building allows pets! Many of our neighbors have them. There may be some extra policies regarding pets, we are not completely sure but can look into it if you ask!
