I absolutely love this unit. I am looking for someone who will respect the space as much as I do, pay rent on time and adhere to the lease terms. No pets. No smoking of any kind. Please note: Condo's approval process takes 2-4 weeks, so the ideal candidate will be someone who has the flexibility to wait 2-4 weeks once we submit. Utilities included! $250 one time flat cleaning fee.
