Subletting my home for the month of June—a sun-soaked, thoughtfully curated one-bedroom cabin perched above a canyon in Mt. Washington. It’s quiet, green, and deeply peaceful, but still just a short walk to the energy of Highland Park and Figueroa.

The house is fully furnished: Article furniture, layered textures, framed art, a Samsung Frame TV at the foot of the bed, and a stocked kitchen with Staub pots, a Vitamix, and all the good knives. There’s one bedroom with soft light and a queen-sized bed, one bathroom with a deep tub for long soaks, and a separate office with fast Wi-Fi—perfect for writing, Zooming, or dreaming something up.

Out back, a spacious deck opens to canyon views and rustling trees. There's a Peloton for sunrise rides, a grill for long summer dinners, and patio furniture for chilling. It’s fully fenced and pet-friendly.

The vibe is airy, cozy, and a little enchanted—like a creative retreat tucked inside the city. Perfect for an artist, writer, or anyone needing a change of pace.
