Hello! I am a 46yo woman and my son is 9.5yo. We used to live in NYC and moved over to PA about 8 years ago! I would like to come back to upstate NY. I work remotely as a pediatric gentle sleep coach and am also an Ayurvedic health counselor. I am looking for a lovely spot for us to move to. I am planning to home school unless I find a school that feels like a good fit. He is a swell guy- plays guitar and learning tennis. My vision is renting a cottage or guest house, or sharing a home. I’m also very interested in a possible trade (childcare, house manager, etc, if that is a need).
