I will be away periodically away during September till mid November, and can share my apartment in the UES, Yorkville, for 7 to 12 days at a time.
This one-bed is in a clean and lively tree-lined street, 4 blocks from Schultz Park and Grace Mansion; 5 blocks from Central Park, Met Museum, Museum Mile. The building has security cameras and digital video intercom (no doorman, live in super). The apartment is a 1 bed (two windows), queen bed with 15" new mattress, bath with bathtub, living room (two windows), eat-in kitchen, laundry in basement, TV in bedroom, desks and writing spaces, ideal for remote work. AC in living-room that cools also into bedroom. It has 12 ft high ceiling, original art deco details (molding, sconces, sinks). All rooms have windows, including the bathroom (another prewar fine detail). This ground floor apartment is clean, uncluttered, serene, comfortable and spacious for one. It has ceiling fans in kitchen and bedroom.
There will be closet space reserved for you.
No pets live in the apartment. This is a non-smoking unit/building.

1 ½ block to Q train, 3 blocks to 4, 5, 6. Plenty of restaurants and nightlife around, but not on this block, so it is silent at night time. There is a church across the street, citibikes nearby, etc. The street area is mostly quiet and peaceful.

*No parties can be held at the department, as it is a coop with noise regulations.
