Hello!

We're Bennie (he/him) & Louise (she/her), a married couple, and Bang, a small dog, seeking long-term housing. Having lived in the city for 23 & 12 years respectively, we're dedicated to finding a new place to call home. Currently residing in Clinton Hill.

We both work in the commercial creative industry - Bennie as an Executive Producer, and Louise as a Photographer & Director. Our clients are global brands and ad agencies creating TV commercials, billboards, and subway ads.

We own an 1850s home in the Hudson Valley, but keep an apartment in the city for work. We spend approximately 50% of the time upstate, and 50% of the time in the city.

Being homeowners, we're self-reliant, problem-solving, and care greatly for our home. We maintain a clean and peaceful environment. Non-smokers. We cook a lot - food is one of our biggest passions.

Our dog is a 5 year old rescue chihuahua mix weighing in at 18lbs. He is quiet and does not bark when we are gone. His favorite activity is sleeping 19hrs a day and eating crunchy vegetables.
