Welcome to my spacious (1,000+ sq ft) , bright loft in a converted factory building. The peaceful Williamsburg retreat has soaring ceilings, oversized south- and west-facing windows and an open layout that feels airy, calm, and comfortable.

This is my main residence that I’ve furnished with vintage personality, groovy furniture, and Google Home–controlled lighting throughout. The location is extremely convenient - you’re in the heart of where Greenpoint and Williamsburg meet and the Graham Ave L is one minute walk making it easy to bop anywhere in the city.

The Space

The loft is a large T shape, with separate areas for sleeping, lounging, tv watching, and cooking. Large bathroom with tub/shower.
