The rent is $2,900 per month for the primary bedroom, which includes your private bathroom, in-room closet space, and a built in A/C and heating unit. Electricity + wifi typically ranges between $85-110/person per month. The move in date is 10/31/25 and deadline to get the paperwork done is 10/6/25.

This is a full service building with a doorman, package room, laundry rooms, 2 gyms, and a rooftop. 2/3 trains are next to the apartment and the 4/5 trains are down the block. There is a Whole Foods down the street.
