🏠 The Apartment
- 3rd Floor with Elevator
- Shared with one roommate - early 20s male works as a personal assistant, who is clean, respectful and often busy with work. Because this is a shared home with someone I know well, we’re prioritizing a considerate and dependable subletter.
* Common areas: living room, kitchen, dishwasher, in-unit laundry

🛏 The Room
- Private ensuite bathroom! Probably my favorite thing about my room. Huge walk-in shower.
- Can be as furnished/unfurnished as you wish - I am flexible, let’s discuss.
- Fits a queen bed comfortably
- TWO closets. I have A LOT of clothes and these closets are life savers.
- Good natural light / quiet / overlooks the courtyard
