I have a beautiful, sunny, upper floor flat on the Oakland/Berkeley border with a large yard with fruit and flowers, deck off of the kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and the other with a Queen, a separate office with windows on 3 sides and a bathroom with a clawfoot tub. There's a dishwasher, a shared washer/dryer, a few nice bikes you're welcome to borrow if you're either short or don't mind riding the bike of a short person. There is a steep staircase to enter and an even steeper one to wash clothes but the flat is all one level.

May is the Bay's best month with sunny days and no threat of smoke or fire.

My place is on a quiet street an easy walk from the Temescal neighborhood with many delicious restaurants including the winner of Best New Restaurant in the US.

I have a 2025 RAV 4 and I would love to trade cars as well.

I'm looking for something rural and quiet less than three hours by transit from NYC. Ideally in the Hudson Valley but am open to options with easy public transport into the city. I am a life-long gardener. Happy to care for your plants or non-cat pets. Sadly I need very good wifi.
