I’m looking for someone to take over a medium sized bedroom in a 2-bedroom apartment for at least 10–12 months, with a move-in window between January 15 and February 15. The rent is $2,800 per month, with the option to renew for an additional year.
The bedroom measures 12’ x 10’ x 8’4” and comfortably fits a queen-size bed, multiple dressers, and a floor lamp. It includes an A/C unit and a large window with an open view, providing great natural light. You’ll also have access to a walk-in closet in the apartment.
Utilities (heat, electric, and water) are included in the rent. Internet and cable come to about $115 per month total, split between us. A security deposit of $2,800 is required at move-in.
The apartment is conveniently located just outside the L train and 1st Ave stop, with Trader Joe’s, Target, Union Square, and numerous East Village restaurants and bars all within walking distance. A laundry room is located on the ground floor of the building.
There’s also an option to join the community gym and fitness center for $80–$120 per month, located about a 7-minute walk from the apartment.
