I’m subletting my tropical studio apartment in South Beach, just a few blocks from the ocean while I’m away for Xmas.

The space is small but mighty — fully furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen, desk with monitor and all amenities included. The studio has a washer in unit (I usually dry clothes on a rack or use the building’s laundry room).

The building is a small community in itself. I am friends with my neighbors. Super walkable and bike-friendly neighborhood. With a citi bike station around the corner.

The apartment is located between the ocean/ board walk and a lively park, called Flamingo Park. The park has tennis and pickleball courts, a public pool, basketball courts, dog park and all. The area lends to a super active lifestyle.

A car isn’t necessary, but a plus. You can definitely get around easily with Uber/Lyft for the stay.
