I’m also the owner of this apartment and will be showing the space myself. I take pride in keeping it well cared for and want to find someone who’ll enjoy it and treat it like home.
I’m renting out my own home while moving away for the winter and am looking for a responsible short-term tenant to enjoy the space as their own.

Application Process
To apply, will require the following:
- Photo ID
- Proof of income or funds (recent pay stubs, letter of employment, or bank statement) demonstrating ability to pay rent
- Optional: Personal or landlord references
- $20 administrative fee (non-refundable; covers application processing and communication time)
- A short Zoom interview will be scheduled with qualified applicants before final approval.
Fees & Deposits
- Security deposit: One month’s rent (refundable at end of stay)
- Pet deposit: $500 refundable (may increase to $1,000 for larger pets or multiple animals)
- First month’s rent and deposits due before move-in
Minimum stay: 3 months
No smoking indoors
Pets welcome with $500-$1000 refundable pet deposit; no breed or size restrictions, prior approval required.
