Top floor of a second story 16 unit building, very quiet and neighbors are friendly but mostly keep to themselves. Secured lobby door however no elevators in the building so must be comfortable to walk up 2 flights of stairs.

Amenities include: dishwasher, new fridge, AC unit, onsite laundry room, high speed wifi, TV with fire stick, no onsite parking but ample street parking, balcony, filtered shower head, general cozy vibes!

Convenient location: 10 minute drive to Downtown Culver City, 15 min to Venice Beach, 20 min to Santa Monica. Bus and Metro station short walking distance and 10 and 405 freeway access nearby.

I work in marketing and enjoy doing art and being creative. My place has a lot of artwork done by my family, who are also very creative. I keep a tidy place and enjoy buildings with personality, hence why I LOVE the retro sunken living room and stone fireplace in my place.
