Just a 10-minute drive to both downtown Woodstock and downtown Saugerties—and equally close to the Thruway—the house feels secluded while remaining conveniently central.

Designed for relaxed gatherings, the home features an open living and dining area centered around a thoughtfully appointed kitchen with Calacatta marble counters and emerald Zellige tile. Bedrooms and bathrooms have also been recently renovated. Sleeping arrangements include four beds across two levels:

• One king bedroom

• One queen bedroom

• Two queen sleeper sofas (one in the TV parlor and one in the home office).
There are three full bathrooms in total, including one with a fiberglass bathtub.

The private quarry pool is treated and aerated, making the rainwater clean enough for swimming. Additional outdoor amenities include a cedar hot tub and outdoor shower. For evenings, enjoy the wood-burning fireplace or the outdoor fire pit.
