________________________________
My fully furnished studio is a one of the largest you'd find in NYC as you can see from the photos, I've decorated it passionately and its truly a homey, colorful and inspiring space to be in.
LOCATION
Perfectly located in cozy and historic Bed-Stuy with countless bars and restaurants and a 15 min walk to bustling Bushwick where is the heart of night life in NYC. 20ish min away to Williamsburg with the G and easy access to Manhattan with the J & M trains.
KITCHEN
The Studio has a fully equipped kitchen with full appliances such as microwave, water boiler, toaster, Ninja Foodie Instant Pot and Steam and Air Flyer, sharp German blade knife set and a variety of sauces and spices, as I love to cook. For a studio in NYC, this one has a full on kitchen that really feels homey and conducive to cooking.
LIGHTING & FURNITURE
The main wall in my studio is covered by a gorgeous window that provides so much lighting to the studio that I had to install curtains, although I'm usually anti curtains!
The studio features a queen bed and a pull out couch that also opens into a full bed, the mattresses on both are brand new.
It has more than ample storage, with one walk-in closet (not available for use during the sublet), a walk-in pantry, and another full closet. I’ve cleared out space in the available closet for your stay!
BUILDING
The studio is on the second floor, the building features two elevators, a roof (perfect for sunbathing and tanning), laundry on the top floor and is maintained properly. Underneath the building are some convenient shops with a cozy and lovely wine shop, a delicious Venezuelan spot called Guacoco and across from my building is a grocery store. Additionally, there are 2 more grocery stores within walking distance.
TRANSPORTATION
The Myrtle Willoughby G line stop is only 12 min walk away while the Myrtle Broadway J and M lines are a 16 min walk away. The B38 Bus that goes to downtown Brooklyn is right outside my door - I take this bus every day and its extremely punctual unlike some other ones.
FINAL NOTE
The space is super clean and inspiring. For one person, it truly feels like you're in an open space and not crammed in a small studio. But the space can easily house more than that. I have put a lot of love and care into curating it and am looking for people I can trust will take care of it.
I am a grad student at NYU studying art and technology. I put a lot of love into my space and hope to share it with you on your short stay here. I only ask that you take care of it back!
I will ask for a photo ID. Also, I will ask for a $850 deposit that I will return in case of no damage to the studio/furniture.
