Mother's Helper/Babysitter

My husband and I are looking for a Mother’s Helper/Babysitter 4 days a week, starting June 1st - August 21st, minus a week (June 29-July4th) for our daughter who will be 7 months in June.
I work from home and am generally not in meetings, so I can help throughout the day - I just need help so I can get some focused work done.
Tasks include:
Taking walks in stroller
Possibly attending "story time" at the library
Playing with and singing to the baby
Changing diapers
Feeding with bottle
Helping to feed solids and cleaning up after
Willing to pick something up from store while out with baby
Willing to do small general tasks to help out around the house
Be open to walking our mini poodle sometimes would be a plus
Looking for someone who:
Is comfortable handling, changing, diapering a 7 month old baby
Is open to direction
Willing to keep phone and other screens away from baby during her waking hours
Can hold 20 lbs (weight of baby)
Can push/pull a stroller up and down stairs
Can take long walks/be outside for up to 2-3 hours with stroller (not whole time needs to be walking - and some days will be too hot)
Okay for someone who has less experience but is kind and up for feedback
The gig would be 4 days a week from about 11-5pm (not weekends - but hours may vary slightly from day to day). Pay range is $20-$25/hour depending on experience, including a 30 minute paid lunch break.
About Us
We are looking for a Mother's Helper/Babysitter to watch our 7 month old daughter on the Lower East Side.
I am an artist and video editor, who currently works from home, with flexibility in terms of schedule.
My husband is a writer, who mostly works out of the house.
