Hi! I'm looking for either:

an unfurnished studio with a full-size fridge and oven; budget is $2000, but, as they say, very flexible for the right spot. A quiet-ish haven so I can focus on wrapping up my dissertation would be great.

OR

larger bedroom with space for a big writing desk and bookcase. private bath would be a plus.

I currently live upstate and am looking to move closer to friends.

My move-in date is flexible but would prefer to sign and get settled before the first snow :)

My name is Stephanie (she/her) and am a 32yo PhD candidate and museum worker. I moved back to the states after spending my mid to late 20s abroad for dissertation research. I returned to NY for a full-time job at a museum and am excited to stay put for a few years! I'm looking for a space where I can be zen and finish my dissertation/recharge from a full work day.

I'm a "shoes-off" and vacuum daily/swiffer wet weekly person.

In my free time, I like long-distance cycling, trying out historical recipes, and knitting for loved ones.
