We are looking for someone who can both sublet as well as water and watch after our plants while we are away. The apartment has two nice work desk spaces, a futon couch in the living room, and a queen sized bed in the bed room. Large closet space and a space in the basement for a bicycle as well as a coin-fed washer and dryer unit. 2nd floor walkup, 1-bedroom apartment looking onto the backyard with trees. Quiet space. Deposit will be requested. Utilities are included.
