The Neighborhood:

Miracle Mile is one of the best areas in LA, central, walkable, and full of great spots. The apartment is about a 10-minute walk to LACMA and the new Wilshire/Fairfax subway station. Coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and everyday essentials are all nearby. The streets are beautiful, quiet, and the neighbors are friendly.
