This is a room for rent in a beautiful 4 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment on a 3rd floor walk-up. It's located in the historically rich Bed-Stuy/Stuyvesant Heights community with lots of restaurants, bars and cafes within walking distance. Plenty of grocery stores to choose from as well.

The bedroom itself is west facing, so amazing natural lighting throughout the day and a wonderful breeze when the window is open. It possesses a beautiful natural brick wall, along with a storage/clothing closet. It is a quaint size (can fit a queen size bed) and perfect for someone who travels frequently or knows how to maximize a modest space.

The apartment is well lit with lots of plants and community, dope communication vibes! We share the space and keep it clean.
You'd share the bathroom with one person, that's it!

The communal space is spacious, so must be ok with people being in the common space talking, listening to music, watching tv or just vibing respectfully.

We are located on the express train line!! 8 minute walk away from the A/C off Utica! Buses are super accessible and there is also a Citi bike rental right next to the building for easy biking commuting.

Dishwasher, Rooftop, front porch, and laundry in the basement of the building.

We're hoping to find someone that compliments the house simply by being respectful and yourself. 2 of 3 roomies identify as LGBTQ, she/her & he/him pronouns. The house is currently 2 males, 2 females. We are looking to add another POC cis woman to the house to keep the balance.
