Enjoy our 2 year old, fully furnished home as we're planning to be away for a year. Ideally looking to sublet from December 2024, but can be flexible.

Clinton Hill, steps away from restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and grocery stores. 10 min walk to Fort Greene Park , Pratt & G and C train lines. 25 min walk to Prospect Park, BK Museum & BK Bridge.

10 resident boutique building w/security system & keyless entry. Also includes a common area in the lobby with cabinets for packages.

On the 1st floor, you will find an entry hallway with 2 storage closets, ½ bath, dedicated working space/desk, open kitchen, dining & living room that leads to a large private garden and outdoor lounge.

On the 2nd floor, you'll find the primary bedroom with a king bed, smart tv & full bathroom. In the hallway is another full bathroom with a bathtub, in unit washer & dryer. Our 2nd bedroom which is currently set up for our toddler, with a crib, drawer/changing station, bookshelf and recliner. Furnishing in this room can be removed so you can use it as an office or 2nd bedroom if needed.

Price includes all utilities (water, gas, internet, building maintenance). Dates may be flexible but ideally looking for a 6-12 month stay, but will consider anything above 2 months.

I am a graphic designer from Mexico City and have been living in this neighborhood for the past 12 years. I work at Google and also teach at Pratt Institute.

My husband, a project manager in the advertising industry, and we have a 2-year-old daughter. We're planning to spend some time in Mexico City with my family before she starts school and are looking for someone to live and take care of our beloved space.
