About This Lister

For short term rentals, 50% deposit is requested to reserve the space, and payment in full is requested the day of your arrival.
For long term lease, a credit check is required (leases 1 month or longer) and a lease agreement will be provide. For long term rentals, first and last month rent are requested.

Small pets allowed with a reasonable deposit.
