This adorable, thoughtfully renovated cottage is a short walk to the heart of Woodstock Village, 15 minutes by car to Saugerties or Kingston and in the foothills of the Catskill mountains.

The property is sited on a small drive with an adjacent field and lots of yard space.

The screened in-porch in the front leads into a light and spacious open plan dining/living room with dark wood beams and accents, skylights and large windows allowing the nature outside to surround you while you relax. Painted hardwood floors throughout the bedrooms and living room. Outfitted with large antique dining table that seats 4 as well as a 60” TV and Sonos sound system for nights and days in. Large, separate eat-inkitchen w/ breakfast bar and paned windows that open to the porch and brand new stainless steel appliances, 5 burner gas stove and oven, microwave and refrigerator. Mini-split A/C heater units throughout as well as gas stove which warms up the living room in the cooler months. Deep clawfoot bath tub in the bathroom.

My family has lived in the area for 2 generations and we love the Catskills and are proud to call it home. The experience of growning up in these woods is something I wish everyone could enjoy as much as I have. There is so much to explore. As for myself I live between the Hudson Valley and New York City and am employed in a variety of art and commercial endeavors, mainly in the world of film and television production.
