An application will have to be submitted to the coop/management who are both very relaxed and welcoming. As the owner, I would guide you through this process, which is relatively simple. This includes proof of income and all the regular documentation usually required by coops for registered subleases. The management requires a $400 application fee and following this process ensures the renter's rights within the coop and allows them access to the online management portal to deal with any maintenance requests or issues etc. If you have any questions about this process please ask!
