The space is a 2000 sqr ft Artists loft w high ceilings, located in the Brewery artist colony about 1 mile north of downtown LA. I am a painter living in the space and using some of the space for my studio. Utilities and parking are included, located near most major freeways. Rental includes private bedroom, small office, large shared bathroom, shared common space, including large kitchen, dining, and living room area. Artist studio space is also available if you are a creative.

I’m an artist living in the loft and working in the studio area of the space. I’m a quiet, clean, and considerate person and I’m away 2-3 x year for two months at a time.

Rental is month-to-month. 3 day notice if rental agreement is breached, 30 day notice otherwise. Move in requires an interview to assess compatibility. First and last month rent and a $500 security deposit which is refundable.
