$1150.00 per month, Prospect Heights, small comfortable bedroom in spacious multi-floor apartment, all utilities and wifi included, large shared living room, kitchen with dishwasher, roof access. Summer rental, available from approximately June 15th to August 31, with start and finish dates flexible.

The bedroom is up a flight of stairs on the 2nd floor of a 3-floor house. It has a window and it is currently furnished with a twin bed and bedding, dresser, bookcase, etc. The furnishings can be modified.

The apartment is sunny, airy, spacious and open. You will have your own shower and can choose between two shared bathrooms. There is some storage space available if necessary, including for a bicycle.

Although the bedroom we rent is small, there is a potential for a work desk in the common area and we are fine with a housemate who works from home.

Prospect Heights is a wonderful neighborhood. The apartment is steps away from Vanderbilt's many restaurants and a short walk to the Brooklyn Museum and Prospect Park. There's a supermarket next door and gyms nearby.

Local Transportation: The Q and B at 7th Avenue, the 2 and 3 at Bergen Street, the 4,5,6,N,R and D trains at Atlantic Avenue/Barclays Center, and the C train at Clinton/Washington are all within an easy 5 to 10 minute walk.

We (he, his, him), are a gay male artist couple. Our studio is in a separate space downstairs and we are generally home. We are quiet, we like to cook and we have a lot of plants outdoors.
