This is a great industrial building in Brooklyn filled with artists. It’s clean and well maintained with nice bathrooms and great management. Most people rent here for many many years.

This studio is on the third floor although it’s more like the second. It’s north facing so no intense light changes. It has a slope sink in the room, a photography background set up, and wood shelving.

I am looking for a night owl. I’m almost always done at 3-6:00pm so it would be great to switch off then. (It’s usually more like 3) I’m looking for someone who is respectful, mindful, and clean ish. Someone who works with non toxic materials only.
