It's a beautiful and peaceful space for creating.

It will be available for sublet January 15 - June 15, 2026. Start & end dates are flexible.

In the space there's a desk (or I can move it out), kitchenette, flat file (not moveable).

My things will be stored in the storage loft as well as in a space I built under the loft. However I could leave work tables and/or desk if you'd like to use them in the space.

*There is a wood shop above so there can be some noise at times

About This Lister

I am female (she/her) painter/mixed media artist, horticulturist, and meditator. I will be doing a graduate program upstate spring 2026 so am looking to sublet my studio. I have been creating in this space since 2011, it's a lovely place to work. The other tenants on the floor are all professional artists and craftspeople.
