The Process: This is an official lease takeover. You will apply directly through the building management. Once approved, the lease is transferred entirely to your name (not a sublet). Typically, applicants must show 40x the monthly rent in annual income and have a 700+ credit score. Guarantors (making 80x rent) are generally accepted.
