+ $3 neighborhood green taxi gets you anywhere between here and Stillwell avenue. Best kept local secret!
* At the edge of brooklyn it feels like our own little island with lush nature and the ocean as your backyard but still get to have a 24 hour bodega a few feet away!

SPACE
Choose between our primary canopy and seaside bungalows. Have interest in a short term sublease and want to accommodate our (4th) housemate accordingly!

SEASIDE Bungalow ($800/month)
+ Sunny, Spacious, Seaside-facing!
135 sq ft Bedroom on 2nd floor
+ Lots of storage space in our many closets, a staircase cove and makers space shed..
~ $800 / month + utilities

CANOPY Bungalow ($1000/month)
+ Primary bedroom! 350 sq ft with bright reading nook / bay windows, and can be rented fully furnished!
+ Rent is currently $1200 / month but we are open to short term monthly offers & lowering the base rent / negotiating this rate to make sure we have a wonderful group of housemates. Prefer long-term housemates but willing to increase my rent for the right folks if we can find someone keen to take this room ASAP.
