Office space located in the heart of Nolita! (Bowery & Broome) Great natural light with desk space for 2-3 people. We also have a couch and a mini fridge, along with some storage space.

Office is located on the second floor of the building, up one flight of stairs. There are two other office units on our floor. There is a bathroom on our floor. Very secure - front door has a key, as well as the door to the second floor.

We run a casting agency and both myself and my business partner will be traveling thru end of June.

I run a casting agency called In Search Of. My casting partner and I will both be away from New York between our sublet dates. We have a potential to extend our sublet depending on whoever takes our space / our plans.

We may look into a larger space, in which case this could turn into a lease takeover at the end of June.

We are looking to sublet our space to someone with a small business like a tattoo artist or a writer etc. Someone reliable, quiet, respectful...etc.
