Warm, inspiring 450 sq ft studio in Greenpoint — ~10 min walk to the G, 15 to the L — in the iconic waterfront building at 67 West Street. High ceilings, exposed brick, curated art, plants, and a west-facing window with unreal sunset light.

Best for: quiet solo work (writing/painting), creative off-sites/brainstorm days (ideal for 4-8), intimate salons/gatherings (up to ~30 for mingling + some seating).

Includes: chairs/desk chairs, ottomans, papasan chair, futon, tables, cubbies + shelf space, mini fridge, coffee machine, hot/cold water cooler, blender, easels, hangers, whiteboard. Shared bathrooms + slop sinks down the hall.

Elevator to 5th floor, 24/7 security. Building public 7am–9pm; outside those hours access requires the building app. Paint/mess/incense are welcome—please be respectful and leave it in good shape.
