I have a wonderful studio near the Brooklyn Navy Yard.
Ground floor, secure building, excellent light.
I was using for mainly textile work- but now am unable to be there due to a job change.
I am looking for a full sublet or would be willing to negotiate a share.
The space can be cleared and reconfigured as needed- or equipment and existing furniture/tools used as desired.
